If this was an isolated incident, I would just monitor Simba unless you are concerned he ingested a foreign object. If he refuses to eat his next meal or continues to vomit, you need to follow up with your veterinarian for an exam and discuss bloodwork and x-rays.

    If it was only one time and Bitsy is now OK, I wouldn't be too concerned. White foamy vomit could mean she went too long between meals which caused some stomach upset. You can try spreading out smaller meals more often, or offering a biscuit when you wake up in the morning to help keep something in her stomach.
