Why is my dog still vomiting blood and quivering after vet care?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 4 months old | 80 lbs

My GSD has been vomitting for over a week now. A vet saw him and gave these injections for three days and i see no difference in him. He vomits out anything i give him. He has always been a choosy eater but now he has even rolled his eyes up and his legs are quivering. I need some advice what these injections r for? Today he vomitted a little red strain as well.

I suspect the injections are anti-nausea and anti-vomiting medications. Given the duration of signs and lack of improvement, I strongly advise you to take Jordon to see his veterinarian immediately. He needs to have bloodwork, abdominal x-rays and an ultrasound to determine the cause of vomiting.
