Why is my dog having diarrhea and low energy after vaccinations?

On Friday I took my German shepherd for her yearly vaccination. Yesterday and today she has pretty bad diarrhea and has been low on energy. Her appetite is really good. Could this be from the vaccines?? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | 3 years and 1 month old

Hello. So sorry to hear the Molly isn't feeling well. Yes, this could be from the vaccines. I am glad her appetite is good. Be sure she is drinking water and just let her rest. Usually the symptoms are self-limiting meaning they will go away on their own within about 48 hours. You might want to try feeding her a bland diet like some boiled chicken and rice for the next day or two to help with the diarrhea.
