Why is my dog vomiting, sleeping a lot, and has slimy yellow poop?

My dog has slimmy watery vomit after drinking which she is doing alot she is also sleeping alot and has slimmy yellow poop when and if shes poopingwhat could be the cause. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed

It sounds as Suki is suffering from a severe gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting ingestion, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
