My dog was hit 6 days ago, not eating. Should she exercise or rest?

My dog was hit about 6 days ago I wanted to know if I have her exercise a little bit or have her to continue to rest because since all she does is rest she won't eat anymore and just sleeps .. the 1st 2 are the day she got hit and the 3rd is right now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 15 days old | 25 lbs

If she is not eating and weak she should be checked by a vet to rule out internal injuries. A gentle walk of no longer than 5minutes on the lead may help to stimulate her physically and mentally but you should stop immediately if she becomes breathless or lame and seek emergency veterinary attention
