My dog won't eat after rabies shot & microchip, but is energetic.

Hello, I have a mixed breed dog. She's a chipin (mini pinch.- chihuahua) she's 1 year old, a week ago she got her rabies and microchip done and since then she hasn't been eating well or hasn't been hungry at all. What can I do? She's still energetic and plays around but she won't eat. All she wants to or eat is a few peanuts. Thank you for your answer. This is a quite generic but concerning sign. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. The approach must be logic, starting from offering different kind of food. A check up is needed if inappetence last for more than 24hours.
