Kitten fell, has painful head lump affecting eye. Is it serious?

What is wrong with my kitten? He was find a couple of hours ago, and when I went to see what he was doing, he was on the floor having trouble breathing. He couldn't walk for awhile. He's a little better now, but has this lump on his forehead affecting his left eye. He breathes fine now, but the lump hurts him. I think he might of fell and hurt his face. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 17 days old | 2 lbs

Oh dear! Poor Tigger. It does sound like he may have hit his head hard, or perhaps fallen off of something. I would recommend taking him to an emergency vet right away to be checked, as it sounds like he may have suffered some serious head trauma - this can be a life-threatening problem that needs immediate care.
