Why is my Dachshund tired, slow, nervous, and not interactive?

My dashchund is tired, not interactive,slow moving and seems nervous the last 2 days. Is it his back or stomach sick? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 8 years and 9 months old | 14 lbs
