What to do for my pit bull puppy's red, droopy eye from a cat scratch?

My pit bull puppys eye is droopy and red. It's could be a scratch from the cat but I don't know how to treat her.

If Honey has a scratch on her eye, she should be evaluated by a veterinarian for treatment. I recommend having eye problems treated as soon as possible to avoid long-term changes in vision. Your vet can put a stain in Honey's eye to help determine if the cornea is scratched. If it is scratched, she will likely need topical antibiotics and other medications to help the eye heal. Please do not allow Honey to rub at her eye as she could cause more damage before you get her into the vet. Good luck to you and Honey.
