Why are my chicks dying with droopy wings, paralysis, and neck arching?

I have lost a couple of chicks in the last week. All droop their wings, become paralyzed and arc their necks before dying. What disease could it be? P.S I'm from Africa. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered

It sounds as it could have been a viral disease, possibly Newcastle disease or Marek disease, either way it's probably very contagious, you need to disinfect and clear the area completely before bringing in any other chickens or birds.
