My puppy has white pimple-like bumps on her genital area. What is it?

My 1 month old pit/lab puppy has 3 white bumps on the outside of her vagina. What could it be? They are very small but they are above the skin. They look like pimples. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month old | 2 lbs

If it looks like pimples it's probably it, You can use a Benzoyl peroxide topical cream or an antiseptic cream in order to help it resolve quicker, but otherwise it should resolve itself without treatment.
