My puppy got into Pine-Sol. Is his throat noise a sign of poisoning?

my 2 month old puppy tipped over a bottle of pine sol and I'm not sure if he ingested or sniffed any but he started to make e a noise similar to someone cleaning their throat when the have an itch. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 29 days old

Pine- Sol can be irritating to the nose and throat. If he licked any, monitor for drooling, vomiting or diarrhea. Have him examined by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER if necessary. It wouldn't take a large amount of Pine Sol to cause serious toxicity in such a small pup.
