Why is my golden retriever peeing tiny drops frequently and crying?

Suddenly my golden retriever is peeing everywhere and she is peeing only few drops of urine but really frequent like every 30 sec and she is also crying. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 3 months and 26 days old | 32 lbs

Poor Ciara! Straining to urinate and only dribbling small amounts of urine occurs most frequently as a result of a urinary tract infection. Other possible causes include bladder stones or crystals in the urine. Ciara should be examined by her vet and will need to have a urinalysis performed. In all likelihood, she will need a course of antibiotics. I hope that all goes well!
