My Yorkie has small red dots on his stomach. Is it an allergy?

I have a Yorkie. and he has little dots on his stomach area and I wanted to know if you have a idea what it may be.

This looks like a possible allergic reaction, it's the most common dermatological problem in that area of the body, it this doesn't get any better within a few days i would recommend having it checked by your vet.
