Usually an allergic reaction to antibiotics or other medications happens right away, so it's not likely to be an allergic reaction to the medications, nut it could be an allergic reaction to food or to something in the environment. if it doesn't get better within 48 hours i would recommend having it checked and treated by your vet.

Poor Rosie! If she's already finished her medication, then I doubt that these knots would be caused by an allergic reaction to anything she was given - normally, if she were allergic to the medication, you would see signs within the first 24 hours of starting it. So this is more likely to be an unrelated problem, or possibly an allergy to something else entirely. Without being able to examine her, it's hard to say what these knots might be. They could be caused by a skin infection of some kind, or some type of systemic illness. It would be best to take her back to your vet for a recheck exam when you are able to, so that he/she can examine the knots in person and help determine what might be causing them.
