My dog is foaming at mouth, shaking, and not moving. What should I do?

Dog has a foam in his mouth,he is shaking,and not moving at all...he cant move...what the hell should i do?

Oh dear! This sounds extremely serious - your dog may be having a seizure, or may have a serious illness or ingested something toxic. I'm afraid there is really nothing you can do at home for a problem this serious, so the best advice I can give you is to take your dog to the nearest veterinarian immediately. I would be concerned that he may die without immediate veterinary care.
