My cat's eye was scratched by another cat and is running. What to do?

Halo got her eye scratched by a neighborhood cat. What can i do to help her eye get better it runs all the time it looks like her eye is crying.

If Halo's actual eyeball (cornea) was scratched she should be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible because she will need an antibiotic ointment to heal properly. They will use a special stain to evaluate the eye and prescribe the appropriate medication if needed.
