For dog hot spots, should I use Trizchlor or antibacterial shampoo?

For hot spots, which type of shampoo should I use? I have a anti-bacterial shampoo and a trizchlor 4 antimicrobal shampoo. What's the difference?

I believe the Triz-chlor 4 product is the one that contains hydrocortisone, a topical steroid. Also, some of the triz-chlor products also have an antifungal component. General anti bacterial shampoo will not have the steroid or the antifungal typically. I don't usually recommend the use of shampoos for dogs with hot spots until they are cleared up. Once they are cleared, however, the medicated shampoos can be helpful if used periodically. Overuse of any shampoo can result in drying the skin out, which can actually irritate Boo resulting in yet another hot spot! A vicious cycle, I know.
