Should I free-feed my 3-month-old Ragdoll kitten or limit food?

My ragdoll kitten is 3 months old. I feed him boiled chicken 4 times a day and rouyal canin dry food soaked in water twice in between meals. Should I control the quantity of food he eats or let him eat till he stops as ragdoll have random growth spurts and he is in growing age. Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 13 lbs
