My yellow lab puppy whines all the time, she has been fed, taken out to potty, has water, still pees on carpet intermittently, exercised as much as we can, in crate while we are gone, on Allquil, Bravecto & Nexgard. Has been treated for bacterial infection/itching.

It may be that Hatty is experiencing some separation anxiety, or is a bit bored. If she is whining when you are home, then offering a favorite treat, an appropriate chew toy or a puzzle toy may keep her happy and occupied. If she is whining while you are away, then doing some things such as leaving the TV on a soothing channel, using a pheromone calming collar, or leaving a safe puzzle toy with her can help distract her and feel a bit better. You can also get her used to you leaving by going for just a few minutes at a time (walking around the block) and then coming back home. Try not to make a big deal out of leaving or coming home so she learns it's normal and not something to be worried about.
