Is it safe for my young dog to take so many antibiotics? Alternatives?

Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 5.1 lbs

Hi but my dog had eaten a lot of antibiotics since young as she has various of infections and small injuries. Is it really okay for her body to take more antibiotics? Are there other ways? Cause I rly hope she doesnt have to take so much medicine.. she's only 1 year and 3 months and she already taken so much medicines..

Antibiotics are used very commonly to treat infections and infectious diseases in dogs, just like in people. There should be no problem with using them when they are needed, even if she has needed antibiotics before multiple times in the past - most antibiotics are very safe and pose little risk, even with long-term use.
