What to do if you find a dog motionless in a cage? Immediate help.

This is just a scenario. If i find a dog lying motionless in a cage what are the first 3 things i need to do?

I'd first check that it is safe to approach the dog/cage (ie no electricity, water, etc). I'd then check to see if the dog was breathing, and then would check for any visible injuries on the body. This may have to be done from a distance if the dog is conscious or in visible pain as an injured dog can easily bite or harm someone. I'd then contact my local ER vet and head over immediately.
