Why does my 10-year-old American Bulldog have sudden skin issues?

Hello. Any idea of what this might be? She is a 10 year old American bulldog with skin issues all her life. It's been like this for 2 days

Bella looks like she has allergic skin disease, and may have a secondary bacterial or fungal infection. This breed is very prone to allergies, and I also sometimes see mange overgrowth around the eyes in this breed as well. She really needs a skin scraping to see if mites are present, and to get on allergy medication like Apoquel or prednisone, plus antibiotics or antifungals if secondary infection is present.
