Any concerns for my unneutered dog before his neuter surgery?

My 2 year old male pitbull mix is not neutered yet but i am getting him fixed in a month should I be worried about anything happening in that time? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 52 lbs

As long as he isn't around any intact females it should be fine! Testicular torsion and injuries can happen to intact dogs, however the incidence is very low so it isn't something I would really worry about. As long as Pepper is acting healthy, and happy, he should be just fine.
