My pigeon's wing is hurt and twitching. How can I help her pain?

My pigeon has recently hurt her wing and I don't know why but one of her wing's just twitch and I think she is in pain I don't like sing her that way she ha's two eggs I just want a to help her pain go. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female
