My dog has matted eyes, nose discharge, and won't eat. What's wrong?

My dog has loss of appetite, matted eyes and previously nose discharge. Is he rabies infected, any suggestions what he is suffering from?

It sounds like Blacky may have a bit of an upper respiratory infection as that can cause discharge from the eyes and nose, as well as fever, lethargy and loss of appetite, a vet checkup can help confirm this and get him started on treatment to feeling better. However, if he's been bitten by a potentially rabid animal or isn't up to date on his vaccines you should seek veterinary care immediately.
