My I believe now 8-10 week bunny has been lying down all day and will not eat his food. Usually he is energetic and playful but now he's doing nothing at all. He usually squirms around when I pick him up but now when I pick him up he doesn't even react or try to run away. I let him out right now to run around but he's been sitting in the same position were I left him. Also his poop is clustered and he's been going poo every 15-20 minutes. What should I do? We haven't gotten a vet yet.

Lethargy and inappetance are very concerning signs especially in a bunny because if they don't eat continuously they can develop GI stasis (where their gut shuts down and won't work) which can be life threatening. Milo needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away to get to the bottom of why he is behaving this way.
