My cat's neuter incision opened. Should I pay for a second surgery?

This is my cats wound after his nurturing and now pets at home want to charge me £250 to re operate what's your views please

As someone who happens to work for the same company (it's actually vets4pets), i think it's outrageous, they should do it free of charge. these complications do not happen very often, but when they do i always chose to not charge again for a surgery. if they chose to charge money for the surgery, it's fine, but 250£ is just outrageous. obviously it needs to be done, it won't heal otherwise, it does leave you in an unpleasant situation.
