Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 50 lbs
Hi, my dog has started to vomit (with diaphram spams) in the morning before she eats (around 7 a.m.). It happens only once and the vomit is a small white puddle (sometimes with a single grass leaf). Its starts around 3 weeks ago and happens maybe 2-3 times by week. I usually feed her at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Also, I give to her half of the food though the day during activities and when playing. She sometimes eats grass (some bit). What can I do to help her?

Hello. Vomiting in the morning as you are describing could a few different things, but the most common would billious vomiting. This is when they are hungry and the stomach is empty, so they actually vomit due to acid build up. Try feeding her a small snack before bed, or moving her dinner later than 6pm, and see if the vomiting stops. If it does, great, if not then she may have some other medical condition and an abdominal ultrasound would be recommended. Good luck with Sara.
