My 6-week puppy has diarrhea, vet gave meds, still worried. What now?

My 6 week old pitbull puppy is having diarrhea that is projectile. The vet gave me medicine for it but I'm still worried. It's light brown and super runny. She still drinks lots of water and still eats food. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 4 days old | 5 lbs

Depending on the cause of the diarrhea it could take 24-48 hours for diarrhea to improve. I would recommend contacting your veterinarian when you are able to see if this is expected or if Dallas needs to be rechecked. If she begins vomiting, seems very lethargic, or if you see blood in the diarrhea you should see an emergency veterinarian right away.
