What to do if my dog is vomiting and her belly hurts when touched?

If Itzy just vomited one time and seemed uncomfortable in her belly when touched I would withhold her regular food today and if there is no additional vomiting over the next few hours offer her something very bland like a small amount of boiled chicken skinless breast and white rice. If the vomiting continues or if she continues to yelp when touched I would have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as you can. They can isolate where the pain is originating from (stomach vs back for example) and can treat her as indicated. I hope she s feeling better very soon.
