Are black lines on bird feathers and watery poop signs of stress?

Hello, My 21 week old electus (Male) Has started showing black lines across his feathers. And the beginning of the tips. His himself chirpy ect : His poo is also somewhat normal you could say but when I was holding him all that come out was water subtance (no odor) but about ten minutes prior to that it was normal

These are probably stress lines. When the bird's blood level of amino acids drops too low due to a lack of food protein, disease or environmental stress, A weak imperfectly-formed band will form in the developing feather that will not become apparent until the feather has unfurled. The issue with the droppings is probably also stress related. There could be of course many reasons for stress in parrots, you need to try and identify the cause of stress and eliminate it.
