What is this white growth on my puppy's thigh? Should I see a vet?

It is hard to tell from this photo but look closely where the lump meets the skin to be sure this isn't a tick attacked to the skin and full (they can fill and become paler/flesh colored). Look for tiny legs or a small head embedded in the skin. If that is not the case it may be a small skin tag. I would have your vet take a look st your dog's next puppy vaccine appointment (at this age he should be seen every 3-4 weeks). If the area becomes irritated or increased in size before then, a vet exam is needed.
