My cat's ear twitching, held down: Is it mites or an infection?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 2 months old

My cat's left ear is twitching and he's holding it down i looked inside and there is some wax but I'm worried it's ear mites please help.

It could be either ear mites, bacterial infection, yeast infection or a foreign body in the ear canal. you will need to take Tigger to the vet in order to get it treated, usually a course of prescription ear drops will solve the problem within a few days.
