Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 7 months old | 17 lbs
I know that there are no follow ups, but the puppy has been here for months. My adult dog and the puppy played and knew the rules after the 2nd-3rdish month. Now, the puppy hides from the adult dog because whenever they are together, the adult dog tries to bite the puppy's neck. She only targets this exact puppy. I don't think this 'common' behavior, as our adult dog stalks the puppy, harasses it, and etc. This led to our puppy hiding. I don't think this is OK. What do I do to get harmony again?

You do not mention the age of your puppy but renewed hostilities can occur when a puppy reaches puberty especially in larger groups of dogs. Unfortunately, splitting them up may be necessary if the pup is intimidated and withdrawn
