My dog has grey, growing skin lumps he's licking. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 20 days old | 45 lbs

Dear Sir, Our 8 month old labrador started to show a grey (stone-coloured) growth, of the size of a tiny pebble, on his head. He has similar looking nodules on his legs too. Now , after a couple of months, they seem to have slightly grown in size and our dog has started to lick one of those (nodules are dry in appearance and seem to have cracks on them). On the advice of a veterinary surgeon, we have been giving it Thuja, a homeopathic medicine, gor the past 3 weeks. Kindly guide us.

Hello. From the pictures it is very hard to see what is going on with Maxx. I would recommend having the mass surgically removed and sent for histopathology to determine exactly what it is. Your vet will take as large margins as possible in case it is cancerous. It could be just a wart, or could be a parasite, however since there are multiple and growing I would suggest having it removed to determine exactly what it is. Good luck with Maxx!
