My dog has an eye lump, not cherry eye. Could it be a tumor?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 1 month old | 13 lbs

My dog ginger has a lump on her eye, it's not cherry eye. I'm afraid it might be the start of a tumour.. she has a vet appointment on Thursday this week coming but I'm worried about her

No, it is not cherry eye. From the picture it is more likely to be a scleral inflammation causing congestion of the scleral vessels. A check up is needed anyway to confirm this suspicion.
