What is this white dandruffy bump on my dog's head separating fur?

My dog has a white dandruffy like bump on her head. It is almost separating the fur from the bump. Pet's info: Dog | Brittany | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 35 lbs

This looks like some type of skin infection, possibly a fungal or bacterial infection, if it doesn't seem to go away on it's own i would recommend having it checked by your vet as it might nee to be treated with a local ointment.
