Is my puppy's ear turning dark brown and flipping inside out normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 months and 11 days old | 9 lbs

My 6 month schizon has one ear that flips inside out. Is it possible that it can tan due to having turned a dark brown. It's not infected or hot to the touch.

If there is no sign of inflammation, discomfort, swelling, redness or discharge this is a normal pigmentation of the skin and there is no need for a vet consultation or to be worried about.
