My cat got trap between two bars in a couch and someone sat down and he started flipping and now he can't hardly walk and he doesn't meow

Poor Ranger! If he is unable to walk after an hour or so, he has injured something serious, like his spine, and needs to see a veterinarian right away for X-rays to see if this is something that can be fixed, and at least get some pain medication on board for him.
