Melisa is insecure cat. She scared to see new people. One day friend of mine came to our house and Melisa scared of her on the first sight, Melisa runs everywhere as fast as she can. After that Melisa had a high fever at night. Now it repeated again as well. What should i do? Can i give her coconut water to make her feel better?

While coconut water is not toxic to cats I doubt it would make her feel better. A fever could be sign of a viral, bacterial or parasitic infection. Stress can also cause a transient elevation in temperature (not a true fever) so if she only seems to have a fever after someone comes over or when she is stressed it may not be as much of a concern. Generally cats with a true fever have a decrease in appetite and are very lethargic, so if you have noticed these signs or if her fever does not seem to be related to stress I would recommend seeing a veterinarian to rule out an infection.
