Why is my neutered male dog peeing blood and in abdominal pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 12 years and 4 months old | 9 lbs

My neutered male dog is urinating blooding urine and squatting to urinate he acts painful in the abdomen.

That could be due to a urinary tract infection. Bladder inflammation is by far the most common reason for it (due to infections, sterile inflammation or crystals) but other part of the urinary tract may be affected as well. A check up is required to confirm this clinical suspicion and have urine analysis performed and discuss further investigations and treatment.     As your dog in not neutered, it's very likely to be a prostate disease, either an inflammation or cancer. you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get his prostate checked, if it's not cancer he will need to get neutered quite urgently.
