My puppy doesn't poop immediately after eating. Is that normal?

My Buddy is a good eater so far. He is only on dog food no scrap. Im just a little concern because i expect him to eliminate within the hour of him eating, but he doesnt. He is on Proplan puppy dry food for breakfast and lunch and for dinner he gets a mix of ProPlan dry food with ProPlan chicken and rice canned food. Fresh water all day. For example today he had 1/3 of ProPlan kibbles for lunch at 12noon, and its 6 in the afternoon and he has not eliminated. Is that normal?

Yes, this sounds perfectly normal. Many dogs only have a bowel movement once a day and some occasionally skip a day between bowel movements. As long as Buddy is eating, drinking and acting normally without straining to have a bowel movement, there is likely no reason for concern. :-)
