My dog has incontinence a week after his 1-year shots. Is it normal?

My dog just had his 1 year shots done and is it possible to incontinence to happen a week after getting the shots?

That is very unusual and rare, basically impossible after vaccination. I would think these signs as more related to a urinary tract problem (incontinence or inflammation).
