Why is my dog sore, lethargic, and has painful chest swelling?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 55 lbs

My dogs appears sore and lethargic this morning. Noted deck of cards size swelling bilateral/Anterior chest walls. No known trauma, household with older dog and 6 month old puppy. Utd on shots. Pressure on swelling seemed to cause discomfort. No signs of wounds.

Multiple swellings are always a concern and can indicate internal illnesses and lymph node enlargement. A full physical exam, blood tests and samples of the swelling may be required especially with the lethargy and pain
