My dog is on Atopica and vomiting dark brown. Is it stomach bleeding?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old | 14.5 lbs

My dog is taking atopica for allergies but recently she has started being sick on it I am working with my vet we have tried with a small amount of food didn't work so trying antacids tonight My question is can atopica cause stomach bleed the bile she brought up early morning was a dark brown? But in fairness her food is dark brown too

This medication does not usually cause stomach bleeding but can cause vomiting. I would definitely let your vet now about the brown coloration, and if it happens again you can save the vomit and bring it to your vet for them to look at. If you're not already doing it, Keeping this medication in the freezer can help decrease stomach upset!
