My dog's in labor 2 days with discharge & no movement. Miscarriage?

My dogs been in labour almost 2 days. She has white clear discharge, very clingy, uncomfortable, stressed, whining & tired. We can not feel in any movement in her stomach. Is that signs of miscarriage? If so what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 4 months old

Been in labour for 2 days is a very long time and could cause serious damage to both puppies and Londie. I would strongly recommend to have her checked by your vet. He/she would probably need further test (i.e. utrasound/ xray) to check Lonnie's puppy position and vitality. Please feel free to contact us again if you need more advices.
