Hey my pup minnie was born with her eyes open, which i thought wierd but anyways as shes growing older ive noticed her eyes are shifting apart and theyre very cloudy. Her left eye has a little bit of redness with cloudyness and her right eye is completely white blueish and cloudy. I need help! Any recommendation will be appreciated thanks.

Minnie should go to see the vet as soon as possible. I cannot diagnose her without seeing her in person, but based on your description and her photo I am very concerned she could have a condition called congenital hydrocephalus, which causes fluid buildup in the skull. I am attaching an article with a little more info here: http://www.vetstreet.com/care/hydrocephalus-in-cats-and-dogs . This condition can worsen and lead to seizures and death. Unfortunately medical treatment is often not curative and surgery may be needed. As I say, I cannot say that this is her problem for certain, but she needs an exam by a vet to determine if it could be the source of her abnormality.
