Why is my dog smelly, gassy, and bloated after finishing antibiotics?

Hi, my dog has a horrible smell. He was on antibiotics for 3 weeks and now after a few weeks of being off them the smell is back. He also seems to be a little bloated. Also has bad gas, which was much better on antibiotics. Thoughts?! Thank you! Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 50 lbs

Maybe your dog is suffering from a chronic gastrointestinal condition, i would recommend to have a full blood test done as well as a fecal exam in order to try to find out what could be the cause of this condition.
