See your veterinarian to help rule out any medical cause for Miss Petunia’s barking, and if none is found, seek the advice of a dog trainer who uses positive reinforcement techniques to help curb this behavior. In the meantime, see the following links for information on controlling barking: http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&C=107&A=876&S=1, http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&C=107&A=1378&S=1

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. I would recommend using a spray bottle with water and spritzing her in the face and say "quiet!" Whike doing this. You can also use an empty can filled with coins and throw it nearby her to startle her while saying "quiet". You can also look into citronella collars, which can be found online quite easily or at your local pet store. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Sometimes dogs can become leash aggressive. I would recommend using a pinch collar to help control her a bit better. You can also use a citronella collar or electric bark collar to stop the behavior. I have recommended the Adaptil products for many dogs to see if this helps. Adaptil is a pheromone emitting collar thst is supposed to help calm dogs. If you are having no success, I would recommend seeking a professional trainer to help with this behavior. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

To prevent chasing, I would recommend using a pinch collar or gentle leader collar. As for the barking, I would recommend using a spray bottle or shake a can with coins in them every time he barks while saying "quiet!" or some other word to associate with the consequence of being sprayed or having a loud noise shaken at him. If there is no improvement with this behavior, then a trainer may be needed. I hope this helps!
